NDIS incident reporting
The RCH has an incident management system in place to help
record and manage incidents. The system ensures all incidents can be reported,
logged and tracked.
As a NDIS provider, the RCH also ensures there are processes
in place to identify incidents that are considered reportable to the NDIS Commission.
