The Audiology clinic is located at desk A4 in the Specialist Clinics on the ground floor of the hospital (close by the hospital’s meerkat enclosure).

Clinic hours are 8.45am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday.

Referrals

Please send your referral to the Audiology Department to be triaged:

We accept referrals from

• General Practitioners
• Paediatricians
• Ear Nose and Throat Specialists
• The Victorian Hearing Screening Program (VIHSP)
• Maternal Child Health Nurses
• School Nurses
• Other health professionals

Waiting times

• Currently there is only a short waiting time for audiology appointments
• Urgent referrals are generally seen within a week
• For concerned referrers, please call the Audiology department and ask to speak to an audiologist to discuss the referral.
