    Sperm Banking

    The sperm storage fee is $385.00, which covers processing and storage for the first year (excluding any testing). This fee will continue as the annual storage charge for all subsequent years, with no concessions or discount rates applicable. Ongoing fees will be payable on the anniversary of the initial storage date for each future year.
