The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) Family Services Team manages all volunteer programs operating/represented within the hospital.
As part of the Partnerships and Consumer Engagement Department, this team strives to positively impact the patient and family experience by providing additional support to children, either admitted or visiting the RCH, and their families.
