Education Programs and Services
The Safety Centres trained safety consultants also facilitate group workshops by appointment. The majority of participants are parents, many from the Maternal and Child Health Centre first parents groups.
Education sessions such as workshops and seminars are also conducted regularly. These are specifically tailored for groups such as family day care providers and carers, community outreach workers, safety and health promotion students and childcare students.
Multi-lingual peer education programs are also available
