My RCH Portal


  • Once your request for a My RCH Portal account is approved

    You may receive an SMS/text message to activate your account or a printed activation code.

    SMS/text activation

    For SMS/text activation, follow the instructions in the SMS/text message.

    • Click the link embedded in the SMS/text message within 24 hours (after this time the link will expire).

    Your internet browser will open to the My RCH Portal Signup page on your mobile device

    • Create a Username and Password
      • Username must be between 6–20 characters.
      • Passwords must contain at least:
        • one lowercase letter
        • one uppercase letter
        • one number
        • one special character (e.g., @ # &)

    Remember your newly created Username and Password so you can download and log in to the mobile app after activating your account

    • Enter your own Date of Birth.
    • Select a Security Question and Enter a ‘Secret’ Answer.
    • Click Submit.

    Now download the My RCH Portal app from the App Store or Google play

    Printed code activation

    For printed code activation, follow the instructions in the printed letter and make sure to activate your account within 30 days.

    • Go to or download the My RCH Portal mobile app from the Apple Store or Google Play.
    • Click on 'Activate your account'.
    • Follow the instructions to complete the activation process.

    You will be required to acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions for accessing My RCH Portal once your account is activated via SMS/text or printed code.
