Waiting times

Some examinations may have long waiting times due to both demand for services and availability of equipment. Requests are prioritised by clinical urgency and acuity.

Requests for a supply of patient images

Digital copies of imaging is available upon request. All requests for copies of medical images are to be directed to the Medical Imaging Department, to the attention of the Manager of Clerical Support Services.

The release of medical images to parents/patients/third party etc. requires completion of Medical Imaging Request for Patient Imaging before the images can be released.
