Medical Staff: TPMT Testing is now performed by genotyping - see TPMT guidelines (intranet link to follow). Requests for TPMT phenotyping require Immunopathologist approval.

Corelab Staff: Send specimen to Immunology Lab for registration and temporary storage. Requesting Doctor to discuss the patient with the Immunopathologist.
