  • RACP basic training

    The Royal Australian College's Physician Readiness for Expert Practice (PREP) program provides comprehensive education and training to the majority of medical specialties represented by the College. The PREP program requires a minimum of 6 years to complete:

    • 3 years of basic training
    • College written and clinical examinations
    • 3 or more years of advanced training

    The basic training portal is a gateway that provides easy access to relevant information, online learning tools and downloadable resources for each component of the basic training phase of the PREP program. To find out more about the PREP basic training program, click here.
