Dr Amy Gray is a Consultant Paediatrician in the Department of General Medicine at The Royal Children’s Hospital with a focus on medical education and global health. Her PhD sought to understand the impact and uptake of an educational intervention based on hospital guidelines in Lao PDR, in South East Asia. She has undertaken a Graduate Certificate of Clinical Education and is interested in how educational strategies can best be used to improve healthcare delivery and outcomes in both low and high resource settings. Through her global health work she has consulted with WHO, UNICEF and Save the Children on the design, delivery and impact of national child health programs. She is a member of the Melbourne Children Global Health Leadership team and Co-Chair of the MACH Education and Workforce committee. Amy previously coordinated the Child and Adolescent Health program and the Melbourne MD research program on Melbourne Children’s Campus.

Clare Polley is the Medical Education Officer at the Royal Children's Hospital and and the Mentor Program Coordinator. She has a background in education and business management. She has taught in secondary schools, TAFE and University and has many years’ experience in management in large multi-national companies. She is passionate about clinicians receiving a holistic approach to education to best support them clinically and personally.

Ange Cisternino is the Medical Education Co-ordinator at The Royal Children's Hospital. Her core responsibilities includes providing online education needs and resources to support medical education activities. This includes working with the team and other stakeholders to develop online learning modules and resources for Medical Education programs and is the Learning HERO Administrator on behalf of the Medical craft group. Ange assists with the coordination of education programs for the Junior Medical Staff (JMS) and hospital-wide accreditation education requirements including Basic Life Support.
