Synopsis
In an era
of peak information, agentic AI and rapid, relentless change, traditional
models of health care delivery are undergoing massive transformation. At the
same time there is growing interest in human-centred design and recognition
that effective, equitable and sustainable services are enhanced when they are
designed with children and families rather than for them. It's a potentially
exciting and challenging time. This Grand Round will explore how design
thinking can help build agency, support informed choice and build stronger
communities.
From the untimely death of her baby to
building health and longevity spaces for over 40's, Jan Owen has decades of
lived experience, insights and learnings in creative, human-centred design.
