It is very important when you are looking after the health of other people that you check regularly to ensure the best standards of care are being provided. Before COCOON was launched, we measured lots of important outcomes such as how long babies needed to stay in hospital, and how happy families and staff were with their experiences on the ward. We will measure these outcomes again and again at regular intervals so that we can continue to improve our care and the outcomes for our families.
If you would like to give us some feedback, positive or negative, there are a number of ways to do so, such as talking to your bedside nurse, nurse coordinator, social worker or primary consultant. You can also email your feedback directly to email@example.com or click on the same link in the Contact Us tab in the COCOON website menu.
