Trough level is taken up to 1 hour before next dose.
Contact requesting Doctor. Determine if the specimen can be sent with the routine weekly interstate dispatch or if it is urgent and must be sent on next working day. If so, notify CSR Co-ordinator.
Centrifuge, separate serum and freeze
Transport on dry ice.
