Bone Marrow (EDTA)

Formalin Fixed Parrafin embedded tissue FFPE

• 4ml peripheral Blood (EDTA) or
• 1-2mL Bone Marrow Aspirate (EDTA) or
• FFPE(10 sections of 5 micron thickness on uncoated slides) or fresh tissue

Transport at room temperature. 

Testing laboratory require completion of form see attached (SR-E-037)
