Can also use whole blood (EDTA, Citrate or Heparin), although this is not the preferred specimen.  Only require 0.1 mL, however, consult scientist if whole blood is to be used.

For Add-ons: When stored at 2-8oC, Serum/Plasma is stable for testing up to 3 days post collection and whole blood up to 2 days post collection. See CH-P-061.
