https://transfusion.com.au/resource_centre/forms to request matched products.

This test only needs to be ordered on the initial investigation of the patient being refractory to platelets in order to HLA type the patient and to test for HLA antibodies. VTIS will determine if testing for HPA antibodies is also required.

For subsequent testing for HLA antibodies please order HLA antibodies – specificity identification.

VTIS request form is no longer required to be filled out if requesting this test through EPIC.
