Faeces

Collect sample into Brown topped faeces container.  Screw lid on tightly to ensure seal.  Refrigerate until transported to laboratory

Rotavirus, Clostridium difficile toxin and Cryptosporidium will be performed on all watery stools or on request.

The following are only performed on specific request:

Enterovirus
Adenovirus
Norovirus
CMV
E Coli 0157:H7
Helicobacter pylori
