The absolute minimum volume of blood for group and DAT screen is 0.5ml ONLY for ASBT if Current Maternal Specimen available. Contact Blood Bank if necessary to confirm requirement.
If there is no maternal sample available, 1.5mL of blood is required to perform all the testing necessary.
