LAB NOTES: If bilateral bone marrow collected, label right and left with different laboratory numbers. Indicate on the request form which laboratory number correlates to right and left side .

(Note: if CSF is received with the same request, label the CSF with a different laboratory number and indicate this on the request form).

Forward slides to Haematology workstation with copy of the request form.

Forward 2 X EDTA BM samples and the BM heparin tube (yellow cap) to Cell Therapies.
