Bone may be stored frozen for up to 6 months in this freezer.

This freezer is located next to the Theatre (Peri-op) Pneumatic Tube Station.

Contingency Plan:

In the event of theatre freezer malfunction, contact Pathology 9345 5904. Bone may be temporarily stored in the Pathology -80 degrees C freezer (LS-F-002 or LS-F-001), Level 4 East building. Transport frozen to Pathology on dry ice (Dry ice may be obtained from Pathology).
