Testing should be completed on a sample showing BCR-ABL positive tumour burden and is already on treatment (i.e. not a diagnostic specimen).
"SA Pathology BCR ABL Kinase Domain Mutation Analysis request" (SR-E-021) must be completed and sent with the sample.
