• skin scrapings - scrape superficial skin from outer edge of lesion with the edge of a glass slide.
 
• nail clippings - put into sterile yellow capped container

DO NOT LEAVE SPECIMEN BETWEEN GLASS SLIDES OR SEND ANY SHARP SCRAPING OBJECTS IN THE CONTAINER WITH THE SPECIMEN
