The Royal Children’s Hospital Strategic Plan outlines the key directions and strategic priorities for the next five years.

The purpose of the plan is to provide a framework to guide decision-making across the organisation as well as integrate our planning process with Federal and State health policy initiatives.

Our aim is to identify strategic priorities that help RCH to achieve its vision at the same time as continuing to provide and improve paediatric health services for infants, children and adolescents across Victoria.

The plan has been developed by the RCH Board, Executive and staff as well as consumers and other key stakeholders as part of the development of the RCH Service Plan, RCH Redevelopment Masterplan and RCH Redevelopment Functional Brief.
