The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) and the Department of Education and Training (DET) have collaborated to provide a program to support students with ongoing health care needs across Victorian schools. The intention is to ensure these students have their health requirements met safely at school through the training of school staff who deliver health care support.

The program includes four RCH departments, providing advice, support and training to build capacity of Victorian school education staff to support student's health needs and engagement in education. 

The four RCH departments involved in the program include:

• Allergy and Immunology (Anaphylaxis Advice Line)
  • View the Anaphylaxis Training Program
• Diabetes
• Neurodevelopment and Disability
• Stomal and Continence
