Past Publications

Under the auspices of the Mudoch Children’s Research Institute (MCRI) original clinical research and research in partnership with the pharmaceutical industry is undertaken to further our knowledge of respiratory diseases. Teaching

The department conducts undergraduate and postgraduate teaching for Faculty of Medicine, University of Melbourne. The Department of Paediatrics is on campus.

It is also a prominent centre for post graduate paediatric respiratory training for Australian and International graduates who wish to pursue advanced training in Paediatric Respiratory Medicine. The department will continue to offer training positions to local and international fellows of which there are usually 4 per year. In recent years the department has trained Fellows from the UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Chile, Puerto Rico, and Thailand.
