Delwyn Graham - Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)

My name is Delwyn. I have been in the position as Co-ordinator since the commencement of the centre in January 1995. I have a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood and have been working in the childcare field for over 20 years. I have also completed an Advanced Certificate in Workplace Leadership which was offered through the Women's and Children's Health in conjunction with Swinburne T.A.F.E. I enjoy the variety in my position and can never be sure what challenges will be presented on a daily basis.

Gayle - Diploma of Community Services (Centre Based Care)

Hola! Merhaba! Ciao! Nee Hao! Hello! My name is Gayle. I joined the team at the RCH Early Learning in July 2002 as a Qualified Child Care Worker, bringing with me 10 years experience in Childcare and 13 years experience as a Primary School teacher in India. I also speak Hindi (Indian language) as a second language. I thoroughly enjoy working at the centre and hope to be here for a long while.

Anna- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)

Hello! My name is Anna L. I have a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education. I was born in Australia and have a Korean background. I can speak fluently in Korean as a second language. I believe these assets help me understand different cultures. I love working with children of all ages and have a strong passion to further develop my  career in the field of early childhood development and education.

Serena - Diploma of Community Services (Centre Based Care)

My name is Serena and I joined the RCH Early Learning team in October 2009. I have four years experience in childcare. I am currently studying the Bachelor of Early Childhood/Primary Education.

Anna R - Experienced Child Care Worker

Hi my name is Anna. I have been in childcare since 2007as well as caring for my two beautiful daughters. I have an interest in introducing different forms of creative arts to children of all ages and find it a privelege to witness their growth and development through these and other mediums.

Rowena - Child Care Assistant Training

My name is Rowena. I have been working within the Early Childhood field for over 4 years. I joined the Early Learning in 2003 after working for a child care agency. I completed a childcare assistant traineeship with the Lady Gowrie Organisation in 2000 after acquiring a Bachelor of Art (visual art) at Ballarat University. I particularly enjoy organising art activities for young children.

Agnes - Certificate 3 in Children's Services

Hi, my name is Agnes and I have my Certificate 3 in Children's Services and have over 12 years experience working with children. I am really looking forward to working closely with children, staff and parents here at the RCH Early Learning.

Renu - Certificate 3 in Children's Services

My name is Renu. I joined the Early Learning team in September 2009. I come from the northern parts of India and have been teaching children for many years there. I speak and understand many Indian languages - Hindi, Punjabi, Malayalum and Telegu. I have completed my Certificate 3 in Children's Services and look forward to studying my Diploma. I enjoy working with children as it gives me immense happiness and joy.

Memory - Bachelor of Early Childhood Education

Hello, my name is Memory! As of 2011, I have worked as a casual relief teacher in primary schools, and as a kindergarten teacher in a private child care centre. I have been employed as the new kindergarten teacher here at the RCH Early Learning, and I hope to care for, and educate young children through an interactive, experimental and didactic-based approach. I look forward to working with my fellow colleagues, parents and of course our delightful children!

Hemalatha - Certificate 3 Children's Services

Hello my name is Hema, I have been working in the  children's services field since 2004 and have had good experience in working with all age groups of children. I joined RCH Early Learning in October 2005 and I am having a great time working with the children and their families.

Joanne - Diploma in Children's Services

My name is Joanne, I started work at the RCH Early Learning in May 2006. I have been working in Childcare for 10 years and have gained alot of experience with children aged 6 weeks - 6 years. I have also worked in America as a Nanny where I was fortunate to experience different cultures.

Jenny - Certificate 3 in Children's Services

Hi, my name is Jenny and I have been in childcare for many years and throughly enjoy working with children (always changing and not often a 'dull' moment). I am looking forward to further study to enhance my work skills.

Josie - Certificate 3 in Children's Services

Hello my name is Josie. I am the newest staff member of the RCH team joining them in September 2010. I currently have my Certificate 3 in Children's Services and a Certificate 3 in Education. I plan to start my diploma very shortly and I dream to one day be in charge of my own room. I enjoy working with children of all ages and am enjoying my time at the RCH Early Learning very much

Katie - Certificate 3 in Community Services

Hello my name is Katie. I joined the RCH Early Learning team in January 2009 after moving from Sydney. I have a Diploma in Children's Services and I am currently studying a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education at Ballarat University. I adore my job and love that I am giving the opportunity to help further children's learning and development each day. I look forward to getting to know all of the children and their families and working closley with them over my time at the Early Learning.

Harsh - Certificate 3 in Children's Services

My name is Harsh and I come from Punjab in India. I completed my Cert 3 and soon hope to study my Diploma in Children's Services. I joined the RCH Early Learning in 2008. I enjoy working at the Early Learning and look forward to being here a long time.

Charlene - Certificate 3 in Children's Services

Hi, my name is Charlene. I have been working in childcare for 3 and a half years and have recently joined the RCH Early Learning in May 2010. I studied my Certificate 3 at Swinburne University in 2007.

Ceire - Diploma in Children's Services

Hello, my name is Ceire.  I joined RCH Early Learning in July 2010.  I completed my Diploma in Children's Services in 2009.  My passion with children continues to grow everyday.  I love working with children of all ages.

Chartae- Diploma in Children's Services

Hello my name is Chartae (Tae). I have been working in the Early Childhood industry for the past 6 and a half years. I currently hold my Diploma in Children's Services and plan to study further next year. I look forward to getting to know and work closely with you at the RCH Early Learning.

Johanna- Certificate 3 in Children's Services

Hi, my name is Johanna. I am trained in a certificate 3 in Children's Services and I started my career volunteering as a parent help at my sons school, and this opportunity led me to find casual employment as a teacher's assistant. I then spent the next three years studying to obtain a certificate 3 in Children's Services. I enjoy working in child care and especially at the RCH Early Learning,  I will continue to endeavour my career in the field of early childhood.
