Developing and Revising Hospital Clinical Guidelines

A number of documents and templates have been authorised by the Clinical Effectiveness Committee to support the development of Hospital Clinical Guidelines. These include
Clinical Guideline Request Form: must be completed and submitted to CEC prior to commencing revision or development of a Clinical Guideline
Clinical Guideline Template
Clinical Guideline Evidence Table
Clinical Guideline Document Control
Clinical Guideline Submission Form: must be completed and submitted with required documents to CEC for sign off prior to publication
