The Willy Seagulls Story

Willy Seagulls was set up by Geoff and Isobel Wilson. They have a mascot called “Robbie” the robot who is a great attraction for the kids and parents, and who accepts donations in his collection jar. Funds are also raised through the sale of a variety of goods on the hospital stalls, which are donated by their business friends and the general public. The funds raised go towards funding items on the hospital’s Wish List.

Annual Report

Well what an enjoyable year it has been, to see items from our stall and the bag sales going to make others happy. Be it a knitted garment from head to feet, or kind hearted friends who are only too happy to knit to assist our efforts of fundraising. Also book companies and our local toy shops with their donations are thankfully received. Our assistant Robbie (the “Robot”), our friendly helper is still a great hit the children and parents, often receiving a good donation and I’m sure he smiles. A true “Willy Seagull” helper. We would like to thank the Auxiliary ladies for their kind assistance over the last 12 months.
