Another year and lots of dollars raised with the continuing help from Angela, Garry and staff of Colonial Fruit shops Chadstone, Malvern and the newly opened shop at Doncaster Shoppingtown; Dean and Colin from Signorelli’s Fresh Fruiters Nth Balwyn; AFL Clubs who year after year have kindly signed footballs for our great raffle; Peter Walsh of Skyline Contractors for his very generous donation; the sale of Entertainment Books and stalls within the hospital and Shopping centres around Melbourne have enabled us to pay for a Research Assistant to work with Ass. Prof. Dinah Reddihough and her team in Developmental Medicine. When you see the wonderful work done in this department you realize that they need all the support and money for their search to find a cure and care for our special children with disabilities . As a small auxiliary I am so proud of our volunteers who work so hard to achieve our goal. A special thank you to Barbara and Keith Oliver who so kindly allow us to hold our meetings in their home – thank you. To our friends in all the other Auxiliaries, congratulations for all your hard work, the monies raised has been great.
We would also like to welcome our new members Glenda, Lindsay and Nancy to our Auxiliary and look forward to a long and rewarding time with Ultimate Challenge.
To our friends in all the other Auxiliaries congratulations on a job well done, the money raised this past year has been fantastic..
