Chronic Illness Peer Support Program. This program is designed for people between the ages of twelve and twenty-five, who live with some form of chronic illness. The ChIP In Auxiliary, amongst other fundraising events, hold a very successful annual ball.
Yet another exciting, busy, and successful year for the ChIP In Auxiliary, which exists to directly benefit the Chronic Illness Peer Support Program (ChIPS).
This program provides chronically ill adolescents with amazing opportunities and life skills through mentoring, leadership training, social activities and conferences, etc.
ChIP In funds an annual 3-day activities camp for ChIPS members, these funds also cover a team of health professionals which makes it possible for these young people to let their hair down and have FUN in an incredibly valuing environment.

Apart from fundraising, the aim of the night was to have FUN FUN FUN and from the feedback received, we succeeded. Our aim now is to follow it up with an even better Ball this year to be held on 18 August.
We have enjoyed a number of other great social occasions including a ‘5th Avenue’ Jewellery Show and of course our annual new season launch of the ChIP In wine label – ChIP In ‘The Sixth Tier’ – a range of 5 wines (red and white). This year we coupled our launch with an Indigenous Art Show at the Incinerator Theatre in Moonee Ponds.
