The Royal Children's Hospital Foundation was established in 1989 for the purpose of raising funds and providing resources for The Royal Children's Hospital in addition to the money raised by the Good Friday Appeal which has been a prominent event in the Victorian calendar since 1931.

Our aim

To generate funds to support medical excellence at The Royal Children's Hospital, Melbourne.

Our objective

To fund:

• state-of-the-art medical and related equipment
• ongoing paediatric research programs at The Royal Children's Hospital 
• scholarships for medical and allied health professionals at The Royal Children's Hospital
• capital projects at The Royal Children's Hospital
