About the Quality Unit
The Quality Unit sits within the Division of Medical Services and is responsible for providing oversight and leadership for the Quality framework at RCH. The Quality Unit supports RCH to provide safe, high quality care for children and their families.
Activities include:
- Promoting patient and family centred care
- Supporting consumer engagement and involvement in RCH activities
- Supporting evidence-based practice, clinical improvement and innovation
- Supporting staff to manage and learn from adverse events, incidents and complaints
