Quality and Improvement ensures governance and leadership in quality and safety. Support consumer engagement & involvement in RCH activities. Improve consumer access to information: supporting and enabling patients and their carers to freely access health information relevant to their care and to comment on that care. Support evidence-based practice clinical improvement and innovation. Clinical management: supporting staff to manage and learn from adverse event, incidents and complaints issues related to care. Support the building of collaborative partnerships between consumers, community healthcare providers and the RCH.

| Service Redesign | The role of the Service Redesign Team is to work together with hospital staff to improve current processes in order to provide a better healthcare experience for patients, families and staff in a way that complements plans for the new hospital. |
