Paediatric Handbook Seventh Edition

Online supplement

The Paediatric Handbook is published by Blackwell Publishing. It provides a comprehensive practical guide to the management of health problems in infants, children and adolescents. The handbook draws on the expertise of the staff of the Royal Children's Hospital.

The seventh edition has been fully revised and updated, and several new sections added (including pain management, immigrant child health and failure to thrive). Large parts have also been reformatted making management guidelines easier to follow.

The Online Supplement is new to the seventh edition. These pages will act as a supplement to the handbook, with extra links, images, and tables to the chapters, as well as any important additions or corrections to the text. They are not intended to be an online version of the handbook, and will not contain information that is found there.
