Once a year, the Ophthalmology Department at the Royal Children's Hospital holds the Paediatric Ophthalmology Seminar. This seminar is designed for ophthalmology registrars in their 3rd year of training with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists. It is a three-day intensive short course held over two weekends that aims to provide participants with a combination of didactic teaching, problem solving, informal discussion as well as "hands-on experience" to enable them to approach paediatric ophthalmological problems confidently.

2023: Virtual seminar: Sat 30th September and Sun 1st October.

2023: Live patient event (full day) at RCH: Saturday 14th October.

Registration for the live patient day is strictly limited to 20 participants and will close when capacity is reached. (To avoid disappointment, we recommend registering as soon as possible.)

Registration for virtual event closes Sunday 3rd September 11.59pm EST

Registration form found here and can be emailed to paediatric.seminar@rch.org.au when registration opens 11am EST on Monday 26th June.
