    In the event of suspect fistula thrombotic disease the treatment outlined by Professor David Francis is to arrange a fistula arteriorgram and urokinase infusion.

    Currently, the Royal Children's Hospital Radiology Department does not perform fistualograms.  These are performed by the Royal Melbourne Hospital, Radiology.

    The fistulogram takes approximately 2hours. 

    No fasting required. 

    Direct patients to 1st floor, Radiology at Royal Melbourne Hospital and provide a TRESS radiology referral card (or an RCH card with Consultant provider number)
