Registration
All users wishing to access the FujiFilm Synapse PACS will need to apply for an account.

To obtain a form please click on the link provided below and complete and submit an application as per instructions.

All users applying for a FujiFilm Synapse PACS account must also have an Individual Windows Logon account

Your individual Windows Logon account must be supplied on your Fuji Synapse application form.
