    Paediatric medical imaging fellowships

The Royal Children's Hospital Medical Imaging Department has 6 general Paediatric Radiology fellowship positions. The general positions are suitable for radiologists who have completed their basic training in Diagnostic Radiology and want to gain experience in paediatric Medical Imaging. Positions start in February and August of each year.

The Medical Imaging Department is accredited for Diagnostic Radiology training by the University of Melbourne. Fellows receive training in all aspects of paediatric radiology, and are actively involved in the clinical and administrative work of the department. Active research is encouraged and fellows have allocated time for research and administration. Candidates must be eligible to register with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and have completed their general radiology training. A proof of proficiency in English is a prerequisite for Medical Registration and employment at RCH.
