The Mailroom is located on the Basement 2 and is open Monday - Friday at 8.00am to 4.00pm. 

Our goal is to provide the Royal Children's Hospital with a same day service with internal mail and external mail sent and received from Australia Post.  All mail received from Australia Post is sorted into the department pigeon holes by mid to late morning.  All outgoing mail is picked up Australian Post at 3.00pm daily.  A deadline of 2.30pm has been given for departments to ensure same day service.
