Document Delivery
Use this service to request articles or books not held at the library. Charges apply for all Document Delivery services.

How to make a request
- Complete a hand-written request form at the library, or
- Register to become an electronic requester and use the online forms.
Submit your request
Registration
To send Document Delivery requests electronically, you must complete a Registration form.
Register personally at the library, or download the form (1 page).
- Print the form.
- Read the user agreement.
- Complete all details and sign at the bottom.
- Bring to the library, or send via fax or internal mail.
- Wait to be issued with a USERNAME and SECURITY NUMBER (within one business day).
- Make your journal request or book request online.
Charges
Normal requests for journal article, book chapter, or book loan: $6.00.
Urgent requests for articles obtained within 48 hours (Mon-Fri): $25.00.
GST is applicable for any item(s) paid for by the individual.
Important: If an "Urgent" article is not available in Australia, the library reserves the right to use commercial suppliers to obtain the item from overseas. In this event, the library cannot guarantee delivery within 48 hours (Mon-Fri), but the $25 charge will still apply to cover costs.
