2010 ROTATING REGISTRAR ROSTERS PREFERENCES - Ensure you complete this preference sheet and include with your emailed application, as you will be applying to Specific rosters. Please note: that you must only apply to a roster that you will be prepared to work if offered. Your application to the RCH Rotating Rosters is for specific rosters, so if you only choose 5 rosters for example, you will only give yourself 5 chances to secure a post with us. If you want to have more opportunities to be offered a position, then choose more rosters. Once we have exhausted your preferences, we will not come back to you with an offer of a roster you have not chosen, so please carefully consider all rosters and your options should your preferences not be available to you. Your application will not be considered complete until you have submitted this preference sheet.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: This year you MUST have 2 Consultant Referees and one NUM/ANUM OR ALLIED HEALTH referee
