Please call on (03) 9345 6391 and ask to speak with the Duty/Intake worker.  If they are unavailable, leave a message and they will call you back as soon as possible, or alternatively you may call back at a time that is more convenient for you.  You can also email gatehouse.centre@rch.org.au and ask the Duty/Intake worker to call you.

You can ask another professional to make the call with you or for you.  A referral form for professionals/agencies can be sent out.

After Hours/Crisis Care

Monday - Friday 5.00pm to 9.00am and all weekend and public holidays.

For a crisis care response, please call RCH switch on (03) 9345 5522 and ask to speak with the Gatehouse Centre Crisis Care Worker.
