Personal care suite
The Personal Care Suite is located opposite the entrance door to the Family Resource Centre. The suite has been designed especially for older children and adolescents with a chronic illness or special needs. The shower facilities, change rooms, toilets and height adjustable beds provide easy access for the disabled. There is a baby change table in one of the rooms.
The Personal Care Suite will meet the needs of those young people requiring assistance from their parents or caregivers with toileting and personal hygiene needs or other procedures. The showers are also available for family members of inpatients to use.
Please ask at FRC reception (during opening hours) should you require linen, bluey pads or disposable gloves. Limited supplies of basic toiletries are also available.
When is it open?
Every day 6.30am - 8.00pm
