    A reception area staffed by a volunteer and a staff member to provide direction, resources, assistance and support.
  • A quiet, spacious and comfortable parent lounge for relaxing, resting or reading.
  • A multi-purpose meeting room which can be booked by support groups or families wishing to meet privately with a social worker or other staff member.
  • Access to a Centrelink staff member by appointment.
  • A quiet room containing a sofa bed for a tired family member to use for a nap; or where families can gather privately to discuss their child’s medical condition or family issues.
  • A business centre for families to access the internet or email, photocopying or send and receive faxes.
  • A kitchen area for the preparation of light snacks. Drinks such as tea, coffee, cordial and Milo are provided.
  • A meals area providing tables and chairs with an adjacent play area for children.
  • Privacy cubicles for children to receive tube feeds or for mothers to breastfeed in a restful, discreet location.
  • An outdoor area for quiet reflection.
  • Various sized lockers to store your valuables during the day.
  • A variety of home safety products installed in a home like environment.
