There are three major phases involved in initiating and
implementing a Festival for Healthy Living program, which usually
takes place over a three year period:
PHASE 1 Engagement - includes confirming
key stakeholders, establishing local infrastructure and
forming a steering committee.
PHASE 2 Implementation - includes health
promotion and arts-based workshops with staff and students,
culminating in performances, exhibitions and community
events.
PHASE 3 Consolidation -
embedding the practices and working for sustainability.
