How to Initiate a Videoconference

1. Decide on a date and determine the size room you need then check the availability on the internal calendar on the Staff Resources web page. 
   External clients please call ERC (03) 9345 5482. 
    
2. Don't forget to allow for time differences between Melbourne and other locations including daylight saving. Online time zone calculators can be found at:

3. If the venue you need is available then contact Media Production Services. We will assume the management of your event from this point on, including booking the venue and confirming details of your conference with you and your remote sites.
    
4. You will need to supply us with a site list. We would appreciate it if you could download the Site Information form, fill in the top section and email it to all your participants including ERC Media (simon.pase@rch.org.au)

5. On receipt of the site information, we will organise a test call with the technicians at each site prior to the conference. There is a one off charge for site-to-site tests which becomes a per hour rate for multi-site testing.
