Adam Leadoux,Adam completed his Bachelor of Applied Science in Photography in 1996, at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT).
Before starting at ERC, Adam held the position of Manager of a photographic laboratory for 6 years.
He started with ERC part time in 1994, while in his first year of his BAppSci(Photography) degree. He started full time employment with ERC upon the completion of his degree as a Medical photographer.
His current interests at ERC are interactive website develpoment, Internet contnet management, general Internet programing (PHP, ColdFusion and JavaScript), web site design, advanced Photoshop techniques, and Quicktime Virtual Reality. Past interests at ERC include scientific digital imaging, incorporating colour-management of digital workflows and digital cameras. He has given papers at two international conferences on "The Viability of Incorporating Digital Cameras into a Medical Photography Department", and "ColorSync 2.5 - A working example of color management".

Andrew Stanish,Andrew completed his Bachelor of Applied Science in Photography in 1996, at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT).
Andrew joined ERC in 2001 having previously worked for several Victorian universities, public and private hospitals.

Lucien Stals,After completing his undergad study in Fine Art at RMIT, Lucien went on to complete a Masters in Information Technology at Swinburne.
After traveling and working overseas, Lucien returned to Australia to concentrate on a career in IT. After studying for his Masters at Swinburne, he took a job there lecturing, and more recently was a Web Developer in Swinburnes' Academic Development and Support department before moving to RCH.
