Career

In over 20 years as a graphic designer, she has worked in a variety of industry sectors; publishing, advertising, multi-disciplinary design and her own graphic design consultancy. There she managed a number of projects with Health Sector clients, developing an insight into their special needs. She has also taught graphic design subjects in the Tafe system.

As a manager, she opened and managed significant growth of the graphic design division of Nexus Designs, a prominent Melbourne multi-disciplinary design studio.  

Barbara joined the Educational Resource Centre in October 1998. Her interest is in providing a professional, cost-effective graphic design service to clients.

Jacqui Glenister, Bachelor of Design - Graphic Design (Hons)
Designer

Qualifications

Jacqui holds a Bachelor of Design - Graphic Design (Hons) from Swinburne University's National School of Design, graduating with first class honours. One year of her degree course was an IBL (Industry Based Learning)  position at Country Road's International Head Office in Melbourne, working as a graphic designer in the marketing department and with the visual merchandising team.

Career

Following graduation in 2001 Jacqu worked in Sydney as a designer with 3C: Creative Corporate Communications. After returning to Victoria, Jacqui joined the ERC team in 2004. Her work is primarily publication design.

Career

With more 15 years as a graphic designer Ian has gained experience in branding, publication, signage and packaging for clients such as The University of Melbourne, TAB, Primus Telecome, Cadbury Schweppes and Australia Post. This has placed him in a position to handle well the diverse nature of work encountered at the ERC.

Career

Before joining the E.R.C. in 1990, he worked as a graphic designer in the publications department of the National Gallery of Victoria and Russell Bevers Design Pty Ltd.

Bill's primary responsibilities within the department are the production of medical illustrations and designing scientific/medical posters.
