Lloyd Ellis, BAppSc(Photography)Lloyd holds a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Photography from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and a Postgraduate Certificate In Work Place Leadership from the Centre for Industry Consulting, Swinburne University of Technology.
Lloyd was a recipient of the Australian Institute Of Medical and Biological Illustration Student of the Year for his 2nd Biomedical Photography Folio, something usually reserved for only final year students
Lloyd has over 23 years experience as a photographic practitioner, beginning his photographic career as an Assistant Photographer progressing through to Photographer with the Royal Australian Air Force Publications Unit. Lloyd's next career move was to Monash University's Department of Anatomy Photographic Unit as a Technical Assistant/Photographer and then promoted to Technical Officer/Photographer. In 1989 Lloyd was recruited to the Royal Children's Hospital's Educational Resource Centre and is currently a Senior Medical Photographer. Lloyd is also a key member of the Video unit that produces the weekly in-house television show "Going Nuts with Macadamia". Lloyd has also lectured in Biomedical Photography 3rd Year at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology's Department of Visual Communication.
During his 17 year career Lloyd has also freelanced for many Graphic Design Companies with a major projects in commercial and industrial photography. Lloyd has also served on many AIMBI and Hospital committees. His special interest is photography, film and television.

Bert DiPaolo, BAppSc(Photography)Bert holds a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Photography from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. During his studies he received the "Institute of Photographic Technology" Award.
Bert has 20 years experience as a professional photographer. He has worked as a Medical Photographer for 15 years, beginning his career at the Educational Resource Centre in 1986. In 1989 he travelled to Greece to photograph an archaeological dig, and spent the next four years as a freelance photographer concentrating on the medical/ commercial and industrial fields. In 1993 Bert was employed as the sole medical photographer, and Manager of the Clinical Photography Department at the Preston and Northcote Community Hospital which then relocated to the Northern Hospital in 1998. He has now returned to the Educational Resource Centre as a Senior Medical Photographer.

Alvin Aquino, BAppSc(Photography)Alvin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Photography from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University (1991-1993).
Alvin has worked as a Medical Photographer since 1994 initially with Monash University followed by a short contract at the Royal Children's Hospital before being appointed by Monash Medical Centre to provide a photographic and audiovisual service to the Southern Healthcare Network. In 18 months he was able to provide a professional service, manage the department and provide income to what is now a viable service in that region. In 1996 he was appointed to work at the Educational Resource Centre at the Royal Children's Hospital as part of a bigger more diverse team.
In 1998 Alvin accepted an offer to work for three months in the Clinical School of Cambridge University based at the Addenbrookes Hospital site in England on a Professional Exchange Program.

Robert Reitmaier, BAppSc(Photography)Robert has a Bachelor of Applied Science in photography from RMIT, graduating in 1995

Robert began his career in various photographic laboratories printing custom black & white and colour prints. Whilst he was studying for his degree he worked in a wedding and portrait studio where he won a number of prestigious silver and bronze awards from the Australian Institute of Professional Photographers. In 1995 he began his career as a medical photographer at the Royal Children's Hospital on a part-time basis, before being appointed full-time in 1996. Robert travels to Footscray Hospital every week to provide medical photography services. He has also had some experience with video and signage.

Susanne Williams - BSc, BAppSci (Photography)Susanne holds two undergraduate degrees - a Bachelor of Science (Monash University) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Photography (RMIT).
In 2007, Susanne completed a Diploma of Business (Frontline Management) from Swinburne University of Technology, and achieved recognition as a Registered Biomedical Illustrator with the Australian Institute of Medical and Biological Illustration (AIMBI).
Susanne has presented 4 academic papers, is the co-author of two internationally refereed journal articles and has exhibited her work locally and internationally.
In 2007, Susanne joined The Royal Children's Hospital as a 3D medical photographer. She began her career in 2003 at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital as a full time Medical Photographer, performing ophthalmic and general photography. Susanne is a professional member of the Institute of Photographic Technology and the Australian Institute of Medical and Biological Illustration, and has been appointed committee positions of both institutions, including Branch President. Susanne has a strong interest in research, conducting self-directed work together with Dr Adrian Dyer, examining the photographic simulation of compound eye vision.
