Doctor Lawry graduated from the University of Melbourne with a
BDSc in 1977 and a MDSc in 1989. She is a Clinical Associate at the
University of Melbourne and an Examiner for the Australian
Orthodontic Board. In addition to working in the Department of
Dentistry at the Royal Children's Hospital, she maintains a private

Dr Lin graduated from the University of Otago
with a BDS in 1997. In 2003, Dr Lin was awarded a Diploma in
Clinical Dentistry and MDSc in Orthodontics from the University of
Melbourne. Following this, time was spent working in New
Zealand in a private orthodontic practice, and the Auckland
District Health Borad Regional Service. Since returning to
Melbourne, in February 2006, Dr Lin has taken up positions at both
the Royal Children's Hospital and the Royal Dental Hospital of
Melbourne.

Peter Scott

Doctor Scott graduated from Dentistry at the University of
Melbourne in 1979 and subsequently worked in private dental
practice and at the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne for 24
months before entering a Masters of Science program in Orthodontics
at the University of Illinois (Medical Centre) Chicago, USA. He
completed the Masters program in 1982 and subsequently began
private practice in orthodontics in Melbourne. Dr. Scott was a
tutor/ demonstrator in anatomy from this time through to
1986. At the same time he accepted an
appointment in orthodontics at the Royal Children's Hospital
specialising in craniofacial and cleft lip and palate
anomalies. Dr. Scott has continued in that capacity at
the Royal Children's Hospital and is currently the Senior
Orthodontist in the department.
